  • A full unboxing video is recorded from start to finish
  • The video clearly shows the sealed package before opening
  • The damage to the product is clearly visible in the video

This helps us verify the issue quickly and provide you with the best support.


Time Limit for Claims

Any request for replacement must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after this time may not be accepted.


Important Note

The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited.
Photos or incomplete videos may not be accepted as valid proof.


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
